Right now, sign up is free during beta — no card, no trial timer. When we turn on paid signup, you'll get 30 days to try AgencyIQ before any charge hits. Founding Members lock in a 50% lifetime discount before either mechanic kicks in (limited spots during beta).

How much does AgencyIQ cost?

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. You can move up or down anytime your team size changes — the plan follows the producer count, not a contract. Billing prorates to the day, so you're never paying for seats you don't need.

How long does onboarding take?

Quick. Basic setup — producers, commission structure, lead sources — takes about 15–30 minutes; deeper work like historical book imports adds some time depending on how much you bring over. We flag the minimum you need in place before numbers start surfacing on the dashboard.

Do I need to move my existing data over?

Accepted Answer

Only if you want to. AgencyIQ runs alongside your AMS — it doesn't replace it, so there's no client or policy migration. The usual starting point is producer list, commission plan details, and lead-source spend history; that's enough to start seeing ROI.

What happens after I sign up?

You'll land in a setup wizard that walks through producers, commission plan, and at least one lead source. Once that's in, the dashboard starts filling out with live numbers, and you can invite teammates any time. No sales call, no waiting list, no "we'll be in touch."

Question 7

Where does my data live and who can see it?

Accepted Answer

Your data is stored on isolated infrastructure with row-level security — only your agency can see your own numbers, enforced at the database layer. Inside your agency, you control access with roles (Owner, Admin, Team Member). We don't sell data, share it with third parties, or use it to train outside models.

Can I export my data?

Yes. CSV export is available today from the Data page, and we're expanding coverage across Sales Log, Commissions, and Lead ROI during the beta. If you ever cancel, you can pull a full export before the account closes — your numbers are always yours.

Question 9

Does AgencyIQ integrate with my AMS or carrier portals?

Accepted Answer

Not yet natively. For now you bring data in via CSV upload or direct entry; AMS and carrier-portal integrations are on the roadmap, prioritized by which systems the current customer base uses most. We'd rather ship one rock-solid AMS integration than ten half-broken ones.

How many seats do I get?

Accepted Answer

Starter covers up to 3 Team Member seats, Growth up to 10, and Agency is unlimited. Owner and Admin seats don't count against the Team Member cap. If your team outgrows a plan, you just move up.

Can producers see each other's numbers?

Accepted Answer

That's up to you. Each Team Member sees their own book by default; whether they can see teammates' numbers is a setting the Owner controls. Some agencies run fully transparent leaderboards, others keep everything private — both are first-class.

Question 12

What can an admin do that a producer can't?

Accepted Answer

Admins see the full agency — every Team Member's book, all commissions, lead ROI, team settings — and can invite or remove people. Team Members see their own book plus anything the Owner has opted into a shared view. Only the Owner can change the commission plan or close the account.

What happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel anytime from billing settings. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, you can export everything before the account closes, and there are no cancellation fees. (During free beta there's nothing to cancel — just email us and we'll close the account.)

Is AgencyIQ built for small agencies or big ones?

Both. Starter is sized for 1–3-producer agencies just getting past the spreadsheet era; Agency supports unlimited producers and multi-office operations. The product is built for independent agencies specifically, so the workflows fit whether you have 1 producer or 30.
